Mailing Service

You can have your package of birthday cards delivered to your door or take advantage of our full mailing service, where we will stamp, address, and mail your birthday cards to your recipients. Please select Addressing + US Stamp + Mail at checkout. 

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Custom orders typically require 1-4 business days for printing and production. Shipping time is separate and varies between 1-6 business days, depending on the shipping method and location. To estimate your delivery date and shipping costs accurately, simply add an item to your cart and select your preferred shipping options.

Please note that estimated delivery dates do not account for product upgrades such as addressing services, special instructions, artwork assistance, or proof approvals, which may extend processing times.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Once you complete your birthday card design, we will send you a proof that you must click to approve before your order ships.

What is Your Return Policy?

Our products come with a 100% guarantee. If we make an error, we will fix it at no cost to you. However, items that are free from material defects at the time of shipping are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order upon delivery, and if you notice any issues, contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. After this 30-day period, we can no longer provide replacements or refunds.
