Jewels in the Sky Holiday Card

I was quite certain I ordered cards to be stamped and mailed for me, I even remember selecting my desired shipping date, updated my address list and input it into their format and uploaded it. I was excited, even messaging my family member to tell them how great it was to find a service that handles it all for me. Finished order, then got an email asking for my address list saying my order was held up because they didn't' have it. They responded and said they did have it, disregard. But cards were mailed to me to stamp, fold, stuff. Fine, I did that, but was frustrating and used up time I didn't want to give up. And Card quality was subpar. I was very disappointed that nearly ever card I folded, no matter how carefully I folded it, the card splits along the seam on the outside and looks bad, almost a tear like appearance. Picture is pretty, it's why I picked it, but not as good in real life. For the amount money being spent, this is really disappointing. I was so excited to find this service, which was recommended by a family member. I was happy to spend the money to get the service and quality, but in the end, it fell well short of expectations, and I can buy better off amazon or at Hallmark, no seals for envelopes, just ordinary other than my custom message inside. Took me just as long to prepare these as if I had done them all myself anyway.

Great quality, beautiful card at a great price. Ability to personalize the card was easy and ability to get a proof for approval before printing was nice. Very pleased!
