I always enjoy ordering from CardsDirect because there are many selections, and because they make easy to customize in order to say what I want to say. Their customizing format is intuitive. When I run into a question while customizing my card, I go to the chat and get quick and friendly answers. Although I've ordered Christmas cards from them for years, this is the first time I've ordered sympathy cards. Again, there were several choices and I got to customize what I wanted to say to my grieving customers. As usual the arrival of the order was faster than expected.

Thank you for sending out the order in a timely manner. You had let me know ahead of time there was a change in the colour scheme but the cards look wonderful. Thank you for great customer service; I did notice it says Birthday Bash when in fact they are sympathy cards.

The process was very simple and could be done in 5 to 10 minutes. There were many choices in all categories.The customer service team was wonderful explaining how to apply logs and assisting with placing them correctly on the card. You can also order a sample of the card before you purchase which is great. I'm extremely satisfied with my order.
