The 1st order of holiday cards and envelopes are done and received a timely manner. I needed to order more envelopes - it was a hassle. Talked to someone in customer service who did not know what she was doing - could not seem to get the re-order correct. I asked for someone else, this person said they would take care of it. Then when I received the confirmation - the order was wrong. I called back again and finally got it corrected. The re-order was supposed to arrive in two days - it took a week. When I called back to Customer Service to find out where my re-order was, they said it was still in production. Then all of a sudden the box of envelopes arrived. I was very unhappy with the customer service reps - they need to get staff who know what they are doing. When I received the 1st order, the envelopes were just thrown in a box - they were not banded together. I have ordered in the past and never have had problems. But this year, it has not been the same.
Loved the design and thought the foil would be "brighter". It looked too commercial and not shiny enough. Had it made with the decorator suggestions. I would definitely use this company again, but with more investigation. What does faux foil mean anyway? Looked better online than in person. GREAT SERVICE!!!

The coating on the inside of the card isn't conducive to using ink pens to sign the card or self-inking stamps. I had to dry the ink for over 30 minutes with a fan in order to keep the ink from transferring to the top side when closed. The card itself is pretty but I would recommend that you get the signatures printed while the card is being printed with the entire order.
