I had my secretary order our annual Christmas cards; she did so hastily and didn't pay attention to the automatically added charge of 'folded cards' at $85 extra. When I noticed the upcharge she called Cards Direct first thing the next morning at 8:00 AM. She was told there was nothing they could do as the cards were already being printed. I felt this was ridiculous as the cards may have been printing but they certainly weren't being folded yet in such a short time frame. I felt this was a dishonest way of doing business.
Thank you for your review. I will have a customer service representative call you as I believe that there was a misunderstanding on this order. We have multiple card option and each size is a different price along with paper options and envelopes. We do not fold our cards automatically and this is a call in special request only. They should be able to help bring resolution to your issue. Thank you!
It was a pleasant experience
This is a beautiful card. I wish it was more of a dark blue as described. The color really is black.
I did have some difficulty ordering on my iPad. switched to my desk top, much better.
The cards are beautiful and came so fast!
