This is the 3rd year I've ordered from CardsDirect, and this card is my favorite, so far. I drafted the card, then called and asked a representative to look at my draft, and make suggestions and/or changes. The rep was able to access the draft, then he made suggestions for a different font, color and size. I was able to access the card while he was still on the phone, and his changes were perfect. The Customer Service is amazing.
