What I appreciate is the timely customer service responses to my questions. I needed to come up with a group work anniversary card to include 10 signatures. What I thought may take days to get finalized came together in about an hour. Using the online ordering tool, I uploaded each signature file, then Cards Direct arranged them on the card and sent me a proof. Each page of the card and envelope had it's own separate approval page which made it easy for me to mark what I liked and which part of the card I needed some modifications. I reviewed and made some modification requests, and I quickly received an updated proof. I requested some additional tweaks and the proof came back within minutes. Due to the fast responses, I was able to place the order within an hour or two of my initial contact. I have since gone back and re-ordered this card. On occasion, I've had to change the signature files. I upload the new signaturs, added some notes to the comments for clarification, and received a proof and placed a new order within 30 minutes. When I'm unsure of how to do something, I send a note via the Chat and receive a quick response with clear instructions. I've worked with other vendors on various supply orders/procurement and by far Cards Direct has the best response time.

We searched the entire world wide web and found these great cards to celebrate our staff's work anniversaries. The design was perfect and easy to customize. Corporate cards can be kind of stuffy or "out of date" - this one has a great design and the paper stock is very good quality. I'm very pleased!
