I normally do not write reviews, especially at year-end when I am at my busiest. However, I had to take the time to write about the amazing customer service that I experience from Maddie!! In the world of fading customer service at its minimum, Maddie was professional, extremely patient, gave great recommendations, was very knowledgeable about the products, then had me cracking up laughing at the end of our call! NOW TO THE CARDS... The cards for our employees were absolutely perfect.! I included our company logo and hand-written signatures to go on each card. The art department was very responsive and the order delivery was very fast. I am always skeptical on ordering from online of companies that I am not familiar with. However, cards.direct has made me a believer and a soon-to-be repeat customer.

I typically order a few samples, however I became too busy this season to do so. I probably would have gone with this card anyhow, BUT my only complaint is that the blue writing on the outside and inside of the card isn't blue foil. To make up for that the card itself is shiny. It is a very professional looking card and I'm looking forward to sharing it with our clients.
