We have used Cards Direct for our Christmas cards for eight years. We design our own and find the “from-scratch” procedure--and options--very easy to use. The cards arrive in a timely manner and are always sharp, true to the colors in our supplied photos, and never fail to get positive comments from the sendees. Highly recommended.

I just received my order from Cards Direct and wanted to take the time to write because I was extremely pleased. First - with the cards - they are very high quality (paper weight, printing, quality of images) - very impressive. Second - with customer service - there were issues with the shipping of my order (twice) that was not the fault of Cards Direct. Both times I contacted customer service and was treated well and with knowledgeable people. I feel like Cards Direct went above and beyond to "make my order right" even when the fault was not theirs. Cards Direct does amazing work. We created our own company customized greeting card and creation is so easy with the on line tools. When I ran into a problem, the on line chat was immediately available and solved my issue right away. I just got the cards shipped to me and they are perfect. I think the image is even clearer than the JPEG - is that even possible? Thanks CardsDirect!
