The product is stunning and it was so easy to place the order online. We will use Cards Direct year after year.

Putting the cards together and editing the details inside is easy to manage. However, we discovered that the way the layout appeared on the online card is not accurate to the actual print. The printing was supposed to be slightly above center on the card, to leave space for 3 signatures. However, the actual cards appear to have printed quite close to the top, making it unbalanced. We have never had this issue in past years, so it would seem that something has changed with the software. Someone did call to advise that there were issues with the system and information didn't come through correctly from our order. The return address was not showing on the envelopes and past orders had shown it, so they were checking. (great!) She also said that it seemed quite far up on the card. I stated the intent was to be slightly above center and was told it would be adjusted. If the cards are reflecting an adjustment, then I seriously question where the print would have been otherwise.
