The design process was simple and quick. Within hours of submitting my design and order, I got an email with a proof to approve. Two days later the cards arrive and they are PERFECT! Such high quality paper and envelopes, the image is bright and clear, and everything was well-wrapped. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

HOWEVER, once we exchanged comments on how the error occurred and who was really responsible, CardsDirect.com did the right thing...they fixed the problem, at their expense, and reprinted my order perfectly.
