The primary thing that stands out to me is their exceptional customer service, during a time when other companies seem to be scaling back on this. As soon as I've made personalized orders through the website, I have received an email from a designer at Cards Direct. The email asks if I have any questions and offers assistance with any of the following steps, such as uploading my recipient list for envelope print. This also gives you a direct contact person for your order, who assists you from that point. I have also contacted Cards Direct by phone and had friendly and helpful representatives assist with my order. The cards we have received have always arrived on time and in great condition. The envelopes are printed without smears and all the different types of paper I have tried through this company have been good quality. I very rarely write reviews... I have saved time by receiving their efficient customer service, and so it is fair to take the time to thank CardsDirect Reps by writing a quick review.

This was our first year using this company for our business holiday cards, and we were very happy with the overall experience. They were high quality cards and envelopes. The turnaround time was very quick, which was great because we had to submit to reorders! I would absolutely recommend this company.
