Why isn't my promo code or coupon code working?
Promo codes can fail for several reasons. If your code isn’t applying at checkout, review the common issues below before contacting Customer Service.
1. The promo code has expired
Most promotional offers have an expiration date. If the code is no longer valid, an error message will appear in the checkout panel. Check the offer details to confirm the end date.
2. Your order doesn’t meet the minimum purchase requirement
Some promotions require a minimum order total (for example, $99+). If your cart total is below the required amount, the code will not apply.
3. The code was entered incorrectly
Promo codes should be typed exactly as shown. Double‑check for extra spaces, missing characters, or letter/number mix‑ups.
4. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts
Unless stated otherwise, promo codes generally cannot be stacked. If another promo code or discount code is already applied, the code may be rejected.
5. The code is restricted to certain products or categories
Some promotions apply only to specific items, quantities, or product types. If your cart includes items outside the promotion, the code may not work.
