Do you offer addressing and mailing services?
Yes! We offer convenient envelope addressing and full mailing services on most greeting cards and postcards. These services handle printing addresses, adding postage, stuffing envelopes, and mailing — saving you significant time.
Available Addressing & Mailing Options
- Return Address Printing
- Flap Return Address (most popular — printed on the back flap)
- Front Return Address (printed in the upper left corner)
- Recipient (Mailing) Address Printing Prints the full recipient address on the front of the envelope. Multiple elegant fonts available, including styles that look like high-quality calligraphy.
- Address + Stamp (Ship to Me) We address and stamp the envelopes, then ship them to you ready to seal and mail.
- Stamping + Mailing (“Mail For Me”) Full turn-key service: We print addresses, stuff the cards, add real USPS stamps, and mail everything directly to your recipients. Perfect for holiday cards, thank you notes, or large mailings.
- Postcard Addressing Direct printing on 4x6 postcards (no envelope required).
Note: Addressing is not available on every product (e.g., square cards, Seal & Send formats, or assortment sets). The option will automatically appear on eligible product pages.
How It Works
- Customize your product in our product editor. Navigate to the envelope using the links accross the top of the editor.
- Select from the left panel the service you want (blank, return address, address and ship to me, address and mail for me)
- Upload Your Addresses Our guided process will walk you through downloading our Excel template, fill it out (using the sample row as a guide), and uploading it.
- Preview & Pricing You’ll see a live preview of how the addressed envelopes will look and get instant pricing (including stamps if selected).
- Postage will be actual USPS stamps. Domestic and international costs are calculated automatically based on your address list.
